Change the execution speed
Usually, push-ups are performed at the same speed. But if you change the pace, you can complicate the exercise. Then more muscles will be involved, so the effectiveness of the exercise will increase.
Do 15 reps at a very fast pace, and then push up very slowly for 10 seconds. Finish the exercise with push-ups at a normal pace. Do 3 sets, resting for 10 seconds. Gradually increase the number of push-ups in each block and add another set.
