Push-ups with a load
Bodyweight exercises are undoubtedly effective, but you can increase the load a little to build muscle faster. An assistant is needed to perform push-ups with additional weight. Ask him to put a load on your upper back, such as a special disk. It is important to start with a lightweight so as not to get injured. When performing the exercise, there should be no pain and discomfort. An assistant must be nearby and ensure that the load does not move out.
Note: Kim Young Ki, an athlete from Korea, does 23 push-ups per minute, that is, 2 push-ups in 5 seconds.
