Change the position of your hands
To use different muscle groups, you can change the grip in each approach. First, do 15 push-ups with your hands in, and then the same number, turning them out. If you focus on the first, the load will increase. You can also change the width of the arms – then different muscles will be involved.
Note: World records exist in different variations: speed, period of time, endurance, and others. The list of champions includes residents of different countries in a wide age range.
