Singer Adele was hated because of her dress from Valentin Yudashkin

British singer Adele wore a black dress from the Fashion House of Valentin Yudashkin to her anniversary concert in Las Vegas. The outfit, directed by the daughter of a famous Russian designer, was created especially for the performer.

“Especially for Adele, under the leadership of Galina Yudashkina, the creative director of the brand, we created a dress in black with delicate flowers, embroidered entirely by hand. Today is a special day for Valentin Yudashkin, and we are very happy to share this beautiful news,” the fashion house published this message on its social networks.

Representatives of the organization said that the offer to work on Adele’s image came from her team, and the dress took about two months to sew.

Unfortunately, immediately after the concert, Adele faced an avalanche of criticism on social networks: commentators were dissatisfied with the singer’s choice. Many pointed out that it would be worth refraining from supporting the products of Russian couturier.

“Russian designer? Adele, you are one of the greatest singers, but do you understand what you are supporting when you wear this dress? – writes a disappointed user. Another asks whether the performer likes wearing a dress from “the man who designed Russian military uniforms.”

Let us remember that Russian fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin debuted with his first collection in 1987. In 1991, in Paris, he presented the Faberge collection and became the first Russian designer accepted into the Haute Couture Syndicate of the French capital. He regularly participated in shows at haute couture weeks in Paris, Milan and Moscow. Yudashkin died last year at the age of 59, and since then the fashion house has been run by the couturier’s daughter Galina. She lives in Dubai, where the fashion house’s boutique was opened.
