Push-ups with a narrow grip
To complicate the exercise and increase the load on the triceps, do push-ups with a narrow grip. Place your palms close together at the level of the lower ribs. Slowly lower yourself down until you lie completely on your palms. And then rise to the starting position. Do 7-10 push-ups in 3-4 sets.
When doing push-ups, it is very important to follow the execution technique. Otherwise, the exercise will not be useful and may even harm.
