Push-ups in 20/10 mode

If push-ups seem easy to you, try doing this exercise in a 20/10 pattern. Do push-ups at your fastest pace for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Do 3 sets. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of the approach to 30 seconds, and reduce the rest to 5 seconds.
Note: There is another category of record-holders – to wring out the maximum number of times per day. Here, the American was unanimously chosen as the winner, who showed the result back in 1993. In a day, he did more than 46,000 push-ups.
